- "We have just stayed here, first weekend in November. It is a very modern and clean hotel, with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was well sound-proofed, had separate toilet and bathroom with shower cubicle and a bath, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and a microwave. An elevator is available, but it is smaller than what we are used to in Canada....four adults with backpacks just barely fit in. Breakfast was ok "

- "We loved everything about staying at this hotel. Supposedly it's a chain hotel but nobody told the people that run it. When we got there, they offered us a drink they'd made using mint from their own balcony. At breakfast, in addition to the (excellent) buffet they came out with freshly squeezed orange juice they had made themselves in the kitchen. All the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help however they could. And it wasn't even expensive. If/when we return to Lille, this will be where we stay. "
