Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. The rooms are not soundproof, every night I heard a couple being intimate that was annoying. Also, people coughing and using the bathroom.. The phones in the room do not work, nor does the balcony light. TV remote did not work, nor the button to the TV,. Breakfast is repetitive and limited. My room seen better days, I feel it was very dirty in my opinion. For the hotel to be luxury, for me, it did not feel like it. I wanted to ask the front desk can I change my room on the first day that I got there but they seemed unapproachable like you may be bothering them, so me not want to be that person who complains, I just spent my nights sleeping there sometimes and the rest of the time with my in-laws because it is what it is. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a friend who staying in Hammamet. But again this is just my experience. Maybe somebody else will have a better room that’s more clean and doesn’t it feel cramped and stuffy. I was there for nine nights. "

The hotel did their best to clean up around the hotel, however, the beaches are the worst littered I've ever seen and areas a couple of streets back seem to be fair game for fly tipping with building rubble and rubbish everywhere. Needs a major clean up if it wants to compete with the resorts on the Western, Northern and eastern shores of the mediteranean. Watch out for the confiscation of your cash at the airport. Make sure you spend or convert all local currency before you go through security. They will confiscate all currency and issue you with a receipt to be spent within 2 years if you return. I travel extensively and never had my money "Stolen" from me by the government on the way home. IT IS CONFISCATED BEFORE DUTY FREE SO YOU CAN NOT SPEND THERE. "

- "The staff were excellent. The evening front desk at check-in were super nice and fast. The bartender Ahmad at the Beach-Bar is very respectful and makes nice fresh mojitos. The staff at the main restaurant were friendly and accommodating, especially Nouredine and Hamadi who oversee the main restaurant plus 3 waiters: 1 served the right side of the patio section, and the 2 others served the right inside of the restaurant. All 5 never missed a single request, not to my group, but they were also very nice to all other guests. There is a huge variety of food during each of the 3 daily meals at the main restaurant, not so at the beach restaurant though. The Entertainment team are friendly and offered decent shows despite the clear lack of resources. Minor number of staff seemed selective of who they were more friendly towards, based on age, gender, and nationality. The room however needs improvement especially the bathroom sliding glass door of the 2nd room was hard to maneuver and got stuck multiple times, which was impossible for my child to use. Also, adding a door to the 2nd room for privacy would be great since adults also use the room. Mosquitos are awful, but it's not the hotels fault. Make sure to take some bugs spray. There are no tables with the beach lounging chairs, so you either put your drink or snack on your chair or on the sand. Overall the good outranks the everything else. I hope this review helps the hotel make some improvements."

- "Amazing little gem perfect for a getaway. Think all you need resort with direct access to a safe and clean beach. You won’t need to leave the property. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open to serve snacks and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the family room is also all inclusive: tv, entertainment, bar, lots of couches to have smaller gatherings, smoking allowed, and the bar staff are very attentive except 1. Cleaning staff counts everything, and will take your towels away before your wake or shower (they don’t replace with clean towels) and not always supply toilet paper, plan accordingly that you will not take a shower until later in the day and not sleep in. The AC was the best in all my stays in Tunisia, and the bed was super comfortable. The rooms are non-smoking. Otherwise, it was a great property. "
