Otherwise they provide shuttle service too. We are English speaking and I assume the staff did not speak English so there was not much communication from them as to what the hotel offers (had to look it up myself in terms of breakfast time, help with excursions, shuttle service etc). It was very booked that day, so the parking was pretty full, but the staff was so helpful with guiding us to put our car in. Easy to walk around, felt safe.
