The entire property is so well designed, with artwork everywhere, a beautiful open space lobby overlooking Ganga, with a beautiful tea cart in the middle of the courtyard, with live soft bhajan music in the morning, afternoon and evening. The sunrises at the property are marvelous! The property is a 3 story high, with a newly opened restaurant and terrace on the rooftop perfect for sunsets. The food is great! The spa is so tranquil, and the ayurvedic massages are just so soothing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I travel a lot to different parts of the world, and India too, and Pilhibt House is one of my favorite stays, at least in India. I love everything about this location. I cannot wait to go back next year for MahaShivratri! "

- "Very nice property at the Ganges, around 200 steps down but a steep climb. Food was exceptional and service as good. Very nice breakfast and great service standards! The rooms are not designed properly, even a hair dryer doesn't have a socket in the washroom or next to any mirror. Very stringent on their rules which may rightly suit them but can be quite hard on the guests. Adjacent to road hence even at night the cars sound etc is very loud in the rooms. Very nice bar and good cocktails offered. Expensive overall. Cant directly easily spot the ganges from the rooms / property however a little walk down and voila you are inside the river! We did an aarti at the ganges with all friends and was very scenic! Some of us did a yoga session at the poolside and was quite serene. Location is away from main city rishikesh hence away from the hustle and bustle. Taj Anand Kashi just 5 - 10 mins drive away."

Other things to note
Access & Parking: Aavya is located at the top of a peaceful hill. Vehicles can come up to the public parking near the bridge. From there, it’s a short 2-minute uphill walk. Our team will gladly assist with your luggage—just call us 15 minutes before arrival.

No On-site Car Parking: Please note, we do not have on-site vehicle parking. Parking nearby is at your own risk.

Respect the Vibe: Aavya is a space for relaxation, healing, and creativity. We request guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially during early mornings and evenings.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms or indoor spaces. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
