Hotels.com did absolutely nothing to help. They can’t even refund me. This is absolutely the worst hotel in Haridwar. You’d be more welcome sleeping under the market with the dogs. The stench from their dishonest behavior seeps out their fingers and will infect you. Avoid this place. It is cursed. "
