its in a gated residential colony and civilized families live in the neighbourhood and its quite a safe place as far as security is concerned.

There are 16 Room. All are AC rooms.
Everytime there are 25-30 girls staying in the hostel.
A fridge is there in the lobby on each floor for use.

Water supply is 24 hours.. but it should not be wasted.

Semi Automatic Washing Machine is there for self laundry.
Iron is not provided.

Room floors are daily cleaned.
1 Bed sheet & a pillow is provided,,.
for check-in, my manager pooja is there from 10.30 to 6pm,, Otherwise caretaker would be there.

10) Plz don't ask for any discounts

11) Plz don't carry any valuable items. In no case, I'd be responsible for any damage or loss to your belongings.

12) Power Backup is only for Light & Fan.
If there is a power cut, I won't be able to do anything. On average,  its an hour power cut in 3-4 weeks

There will be a key lock box hanging next to the apartment door from where you can collect the key
There will be a guard at the reception if need any assistance else my team will be available 24x7 at your service.

When you reach the premises.
There is a lift card which is needed to use the lift.
We will provide that lift card once you submit your Original id's or ₹2000 as security deposit .
It will be given back to you
Once you return the card at the time of check out.
