Good that it was not a busy season and a room was available. But not having a wall heater is bad! AC, wall heater, hot water are basic requirements of a 3-star hotel in any room. PROS: Management was very nice in recognizing our issue, and moved us to an upgraded room without any extra charges. Once settled in, we found everyone very courteous and helping! Excellent service! They even booked our transport to Delhi airport at very reasonable rates. Appreciate!"
