More people could sleep on the floor with provided folding mattress and blankets. The balcony from the room to see the ocean was the perfect additional benefit to have. The hall way to the room was a little dark and was not covered by carpet. However, to me that was fine and understandable because it was for easy cleaning of the floor full of sand carried by the people from the sandy beach. The compliment breakfast was more than expected. I appreciate the many choices. Because the hotel is hotel-condo, so they don't clean the room everyday. You can use the cooking utilities in the room to cook. If you are Korean and at least Asian, you can find how to use the rice cooker. The location was a little far from cities. I don't know how busy it will be during the season. Within 500 m, there is a small harbor and sea food restaurants. Within 100 m, there are two convenient store and a Korean food restaurant with excellent taste Korean soups."

- "First, I know minimal korean, and I am a vegetarian who don't eat onion garlic, but dairy products is fine. From Jamsil station Exit 5, walk till you see a signage says 7000 on one side, there will be a queue, and tell the driver you're going to Seorak Bus Terminal(1st Stop!) Try catch it at 1230pm (or even earlier for seats) to catch the shuttle bus(location to wait @ see 1st photo) to the village otherwise cabbing there is approx. 30,000 won. The bus ride approx. 1 hr, and wait for shuttle bus. The Village, ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING. It is really an escape from the city, I was here in the winter so it was covered in snow. Clean and minimalistic room and tons of places to explore. (pst! The hand washing area have soap and lotion). For my friend and I, most of the signage are written in complete korean, they have icons at the side which is easy to guess. They specially printed an english schedule for us, however all the activities are completely in korean. It will be difficult to follow with your eyes close, but you're free to be yourself, so it wasn't much of a problem. Not many people can converse english here. Food is provided, which has Vegan options. However as a Vegetarian, many food had onion or garlic. It is not that convenient, however chef kindly fried an egg because I was just eating rice. Breakfast was okay, and they prepared plain porridge for me too! The people (everyone!) are super friendly! TRY THEIR SPA! For people who are openminded and love mindfulness"

We are located a 2 minute walk to the beach.
The room is spacious, the accommodation has a homey atmosphere, and it has a separate entrance door for guests, making it a great place to enjoy a comfortable trip.

It is very useful to be able to utilize the shared amenities and spaces in the dining lobby.
Convenience stores, restaurants, fishing stores, post offices 365, bus stops, intercity bus terminals, and taverns are located around the property, providing a convenient environment.

It is also equipped with outdoor faucet facilities, so it can be used for various purposes, such as washing your feet.

> Indoor: No smoking, no foul odor, no grilling meat (free use of the lobby dining table), noise restriction time: Please do not scream or make loud noises after 11pm. (Noise is transmitted to other rooms)

> Lobby: Free use of common facilities (dining table, water purifier, microwave, refrigerator). Please keep the basic manners of the common areas. In principle, the use of the lobby is prohibited from late evening hours, but it is allowed if you use it quietly.

> Room Quirks: The property has a two-stage door that connects to the lobby. For hot water use, turn on the power of the boiler dashboard next to the bathroom door, press the bath button, check that the lamp on the bath button is on, and wait about 5 minutes to get hot water. After using hot water, turn off the boiler or change it back to ondol (indoor) mode.

> Small pets (determine if it is possible after consultation) and an additional fee of 10,000 won per night will be applied. You can't use a human futon, and please bring a pet futon and defecation supplies. (Large Pets X, Cat X)

It is a new pension in a modern style close to the Hongcheon River. It is a sturdy concrete building and focuses on privacy with four rooms in the form of a private house on the second floor. As it is run by the lighting artist himself, the interior of the room is comfortable lighting inside the room, and the exterior is decorated with scenery and art lighting, and I intend to keep filling it up. It is built independently outside the barbecue area, and there are cooking utensils inside the room where you can cook. However, since it is a hotel-type room, food is restricted in the room. Bedding uses the finest cotton and goose futons. We focus on comfortable sleep and cleanliness. There is a 4K 65-inch TV on the front of the bed, and the motion bed is the best conditions for watching TV or watching movies with the motion bed. This is a private room for 2 people and pets are not allowed.(Up to 3 people are possible, but there is an additional cost, so you must inform us in advance)
