The airport shuttle is right outside when arriving from the airport, the bus stops are only a few minutes away. No subway nearby but it’s a nice area to walk around. The staff were nice and helpful in booking us a trip to the DMZ. The rooms are comfortable and the bedding is soft. Especially when I lost my hotel keys by accident and was kind of crying and panicking, the front desk reassure me that it’s okay, and cancelled my old keys (so no strangers came through) & gave me a new set of keys. I appreciate them so much, and making my stay very comfortable and safe! I know some of the reviews had issue with the AirCon/AC but I didn’t have any issues with adjusting the temperature. The hotel is nicely located, there is a GS25 convenience store (less than 1 min walk) , there is various restaurants, McDonald, walking distance to both Gangnam station & Yangjae station. Also really easy to get to the bus stops. Lastly, I want to re-thank the hotel staff, thank you so much! 정말 감사합니다!"
