- "Fabulous location to enjoy the Hunter Region! " - "We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Rydges as we were going to a wedding on the Saturday afternoon The room was clean and a good size. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and nothing was too much trouble on request. The breakfast buffet was delicious with more than enough to choose from. I particularly liked how organised they were with tea and coffee orders. We had a fabulous waitress called Corinne who was there for the 3 mornings and her friendliness and bubbly personality made the mornings brighter. She gave us advice on wineries to visit etc and was just a pleasure to meet. The downstairs bar and bistro was wonderful and adjoined the large pool area. There was plenty of food choices on offer for adults and kids and a comfortable but casual dining experience. We couldn’t fault the service there as well.
