There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, all cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals. The internal laundry is adjacent to the kitchen and provides a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Both the main bedroom and second bedroom have ceiling fans and the main bedroom also provides an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The third bedroom has a TV which is used for DVD only as there is no aerial connection. The three-way bathroom has the convenience of providing a full-size bath, shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.

One secure undercover car space and one open car space provided.

We wish to advise that the Bay Parklands complex will be having some work done on the Tristania Block from the 28th of April until the 4th of July. There will be workman onsite with some work-related noise during this time.

The charging of any electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this Unit.

Filled with beautiful cafes, tree lined streets and quirky little boutiques and galleries. All easily accessed by foot or our new tram. Just 5 minutes walk to Newcastle Beach.

The space
The apartment building is Art Deco and was refurbished 10 years ago. Now filled with luxuriously furnishings, Sheridan linen & towelling. Ready to welcome travellers to enjoy & relax Newcastle, The Hunter Valley, our gorgeous beaches, Theatres, Galleries, Cafes, Restaurants and the Supercars atmosphere.

Contains Kitchen, laundry with washing machine & dryer behind bathroom door, Breakfast & dining bar with stools. Comfy sofa, WiFi & TV. All you need for the perfect getaway!

There is a lift to the first floor, also to note one tiny step a few meters in as you open the door to the apartment. Everywhere else is flat.

As this apartment is in the hub of the city, please be mindful this is intercity living, there will be apartment block noise from neighbouring apartments which we cannot control. Also, please be aware that some noise travels from street level. It would be advisable to have the windows closed and use the aircon.

Guest access
Lock box & Security access with lift to the first floor or stairs.

Rubbish disposal is at entry level near the foyer’s 2nd glass door to the left of the lift.

When leaving the building press the button and push door open, either with your foot or your hand.
