And, this might be petty, but I was annoyed they never restocked the minibar. I didn't want to order room service for a can of soda. There was a lobby bar, but it wasn't set up in a way that you could just grab a drink or coffee and take it to your room. Overall, if you plan to stay mostly in the hotel, you should be ok, but if you plan to go out or try different food/shopping nearby, pick a hotel that is better connected."

The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. "
