There were issues in the room I stayed in for the first 3 nights, the sliding window handle was broken which left me feeling unsafe, there was no hot water and finally the air conditioner was broken and started leaking. The night personal tried to fixed it unsuccessfully. But following morning manager, Burak Esmeray was very helpful and arranged another much better room for me. Ata, who was working at the reception at the time was extremely helpful as well. I stayed another 10 days after that and had an amazing time, thanks to Burak, I highly recommend the hotel. Yes, there were issues in the beginning as could happen anywhere but the way Burak handled the situation was great. In my view that is the most important thing. Thank you."

We’ve been travelling for 3 months so far and this was the smallest room so far, a double bed is squeezed in to a box! I wouldn’t stay here again!"
