- "I booked a room for one night through expedia. I arrived at the hotel for checking in and I was told to wait for half-an-hour until my room is cleaned. I wanted to give them enough time and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. I came back in 2 .5 hours and the lady told me that my room is yet to be cleaned and I cannot check-in. The personnel was not the friendliest either. We finally agreed to cancel my reservation and they told me I should do this through expedia. I called expedia explaining the whole case. I still have not received any money back even though expedia agent had assured me that they would reimburse me. Bascially, I had to pay one-night hotel room just for waiting for the room to be cleaned and wasting my time making several calls for cancelling -- which never happened. Do not book this hotel. It is also disappointing for the expedia brand!"
