- "The ambiance was amazing. The room was amazing. the view was amazing. However, we had difficulty with food, as Malay food is not for everyone. We it's manageable. As there are no good food options nearby, there is no taxi service like Grab. but the hotel can call a taxi for you which is usually a bit expensive. Food in the resort is extremely expensive. Other food options are pretty far, maybe 6 to 7km. The next thing I would say, is the toilets need hand bidets, these auto bidets are of no use. and waste a lot of water. The staff is extremely polite and very attentive. I loved the vibe of the resort and stay."

Check in was fuss free and quick, took about 5 mins as there wasnt any queue. Staff was friendly. KSL mall is just opp the hotel, mid valley was about 8 mins by grab. Breakfast was simple but enough. Basic breakfast choices, the nasi lemak was good. Room is big, toilet is big and clean. However, we could hear the outside noises even though we were on a high floor. And we could hear our neighbour talking too. Light sleepers should take note. The room basically wasnt sound proofed at all. Would stay here again but with ear plugs. "

Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)... Didn't try the food there. Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again.
