The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. Later we found out that it was available at an additional cost. Regardless, the waiters tried their best and were very polite. Appreciate the service from all staff. "

- "The ambiance was amazing. The room was amazing. the view was amazing. However, we had difficulty with food, as Malay food is not for everyone. We it's manageable. As there are no good food options nearby, there is no taxi service like Grab. but the hotel can call a taxi for you which is usually a bit expensive. Food in the resort is extremely expensive. Other food options are pretty far, maybe 6 to 7km. The next thing I would say, is the toilets need hand bidets, these auto bidets are of no use. and waste a lot of water. The staff is extremely polite and very attentive. I loved the vibe of the resort and stay."

- "The receptionists was very nice and even had us able to park our vehicle at the lobby for a while" - "Stayed here for the weekend. Staff was responsive to pre-arrival enquiries. Accommodated for late check-in. Room and facilities was good. Many TV channels and sitting/ work desk area in room. Though cleanliness could be improved a little. Roof top view, gym and swimming pool was well kept. However if the swimming pool was open earlier in the day and till late night it might be better. Did not try the sauna room in the toilet but its there with lockers. Location is near convenience stores, eateries, fountain, man-made beach and night market all within walking distance. In room food service was reasonable too. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of options- waffles, roti prata etc. coffee take away was also available. Peaceful location to wind down. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Will consider to stay here again in the future. "

We had the 4-bedroom suite and it was great for our family in terms of size. There was an ant situation though, as they came out very quickly to some dried goods we purchased. Would suggest for the hotel to try to remove them, and that patrons can try to place food items in the fridge or well covered. Fittings are simple and can be clunky. Swimming pool is old and one of outdoor jacuzzi is closed for repairs. The indoor jacuzzi doesn't really have pressure/bubbles/power, but provides a decent warm water soak. Kids enjoyed the slide though. "

The lifts are a bit annoying as we hv to go down to lobby and change to another lift which we need to walk across the lobby to access the room lifts. But the service staff were very friendly and welcoming so that is a big plus. And the price is affordable with a lot of food arnd the area and further down the road there's laundry 24hrs"
