The western food at the restaurant was good, we had the lobster special. The local food wasnt up to our expectation. Could do better. The waiters need to be better trained as some of them didnt seem to know what was available or not. Eg. We wanted freshly brewed coffee and tea, but was told it was not available. - "The ambiance was amazing. The room was amazing. the view was amazing. However, we had difficulty with food, as Malay food is not for everyone. We it's manageable. As there are no good food options nearby, there is no taxi service like Grab. but the hotel can call a taxi for you which is usually a bit expensive. Food in the resort is extremely expensive. Other food options are pretty far, maybe 6 to 7km. The next thing I would say, is the toilets need hand bidets, these auto bidets are of no use. and waste a lot of water. The staff is extremely polite and very attentive. I loved the vibe of the resort and stay."

- "The receptionists was very nice and even had us able to park our vehicle at the lobby for a while" - "Stayed here for the weekend. Staff was responsive to pre-arrival enquiries. Accommodated for late check-in. Room and facilities was good. Many TV channels and sitting/ work desk area in room. Though cleanliness could be improved a little. Roof top view, gym and swimming pool was well kept. However if the swimming pool was open earlier in the day and till late night it might be better. Did not try the sauna room in the toilet but its there with lockers. Location is near convenience stores, eateries, fountain, man-made beach and night market all within walking distance. In room food service was reasonable too. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of options- waffles, roti prata etc. coffee take away was also available. Peaceful location to wind down. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Will consider to stay here again in the future. "

We had the 4-bedroom suite and it was great for our family in terms of size. There was an ant situation though, as they came out very quickly to some dried goods we purchased. Would suggest for the hotel to try to remove them, and that patrons can try to place food items in the fridge or well covered. Fittings are simple and can be clunky. Swimming pool is old and one of outdoor jacuzzi is closed for repairs. The indoor jacuzzi doesn't really have pressure/bubbles/power, but provides a decent warm water soak. Kids enjoyed the slide though. "

The lifts are a bit annoying as we hv to go down to lobby and change to another lift which we need to walk across the lobby to access the room lifts. But the service staff were very friendly and welcoming so that is a big plus. And the price is affordable with a lot of food arnd the area and further down the road there's laundry 24hrs"

1) To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we require a security deposit of RM 300 upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided the following conditions are met:

A) No items are missing or damaged.
B) No smoking or vaping inside the house.
C) No noise complaints from neighbors after 11:00 PM.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2) If an event is held, an additional venue and cleaning fee of RM 200 will be charged.

3) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details.

4) Check in time: 3pm-11pm (If check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival)
Check out time: before 11am

5) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday)

Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 95/hour.
Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate.
Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate.

6) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise.

7) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house.

8) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm.

Event or party must early inform us and get approved from owner, we have to make a good arrangement for you.

We will need to request deposit of RM2,500 by transfer upon check in. We will refund the deposit to you after done cleaning.

Rules and regulations!!
🚫 Absolutely Forbidden 🈲
1. Fireworks or firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
2. After 11 PM, please maintain quietness outside the house, avoiding loud noises or disruptive activities (which may lead to police involvement).
3. Do not damage walls, tiles, floors, or any structural elements. This includes no drilling, pasting, or altering the original structure of any objects.
4. It is strictly prohibited to cause damage or dirt in the pool or its surrounding areas (e.g., dining or drinking) to avoid disrupting the normal use by the next group of guests.

⚠⚠⚠ Violation of any of the above four rules will result in immediate forfeiture of the deposit. ⚠⚠⚠

5. Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture and decorations without authorization to ensure the facilities remain in good condition.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or on the artificial grass area; smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
7. Do not move the projector without permission. If you find the projection unclear, please notify us in advance. Unauthorized movement or damage will result in an RM500 charge.
8. Do not move the KTV system and audio equipment.
9. Pets are strictly prohibited.
10. Do not consume durian indoors.
11. Do not consume food or drinks in the billiard/automatic mahjong table area.
12. If you plan to host an event with more than 50 people, do not park vehicles in front of other residents' homes or block the road. We welcome your inquiries regarding parking guidance. If the event exceeds 50 people, you must seek assistance from the National Civil Defense Volunteer Corps (RELA) for traffic control.
13. If you have children with you, please ensure there is adult supervision to avoid soiling the furniture. If the furniture cannot be cleaned, fines ranging from RM100 to RM500 may apply, depending on the situation.
14. Please remove the canopy before you checkout.
15. If an event requires a large amount of electricity, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare extension cords (a maximum of two can be used) to prevent power outages or excessive electricity usage. Any damage to electrical wiring due to excessive power usage will result in a fine.
16. Our checkout time is 11am. If late checkout we will charge rm200 per hour.
