In -2 degree C, they had given us a thin blanket. On couple of requests they provided us with another 2 thin and single bed blankets which were obviously not enough for 2 adults and a kid. Then we requested for the heater and they charged for the same. Are they charging the customers to survive in those weather conditions? Website mentioned that it was free breakfast but it did not mention that it was free limited breakfast and it was chargeable after their defined limit. Food was good though."
