The Pinecone has excellent value for its cost. The staff are very accommodating and tried hard to address any issue that arose. Specifically, the restaurant took a long time to prepare food but that it is because each meal is 'made to order'. It took nearly an hour to receive my soup order, but I when it finally came, I could tell it was made fresh and was absolutely delicious. The next evening, I placed my dinner order about an hour before I wanted to eat, which worked perfectly. The room was very clean and although the shower was not quite as hot as I would like (due to relying on solar power and it was cloudy), the staff tried to improve the temperature after I raised the issue. Again, the staff were super friendly, the food was delicious, the room was clean and safe, and there was a hair dryer in the room. Overall, this is high value for the cost and I would recommend staying here to colleagues. "
