- "Loved it here, staff was so wonderful! " - "This property is stunning and so well designed. It’s quaint and classy. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the common area is well set up. I had the junior suite with a private pool and it was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that it’s on a long dirt road off the main road and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it (single female). I think if I was with another person I wouldn’t have felt that way. However you can order a tuktuk no problem and they will take you almost anywhere for 300 shn. Also the one morning when I was meeting a driver for some diving the security guard walked me along the road and was very nice about it. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it. Nora, Daniel and their staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had massage and manicure come to our room and it was so convenient (it was the best message we have had in our lives). - "We recently checked into your hotel and unfortunately encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that because we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, no meals would be available the following day—even if we wished to pay for them—due to an event taking place. We explained that we needed access to food due to health conditions, but no alternative solution was offered. Additionally, we were promised a water dispenser that never arrived. Later that evening, the air conditioner began leaking, creating a large puddle of water in our room. To make matters worse, there was no phone in the room to contact reception for assistance. We eventually had to switch rooms late at night, which caused further inconvenience. Thankfully they located us to a much better room - no longer flooding. It's peaceful. The pool is wonderful. Breakfast buffet is ok with a good variety. I didnt eat lunch or dinner there. Cons: Internet doesnt really work in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby or poolside. Both times i stayed the air conditioning wasnt working in the room and i ended up having to move to another room. I had been traveling all day and already unpacked so it was an issue. Also there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom so the rest of the rooms stay very hot. There tend to be aot of monkeys and flies when eating."
