However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly."

I accidentally left my linen pants on the hanger in the cupboard. I called the reception 2 days later and they told me that they threw it away and were willing to cover for the cost of the pants. I got in contact with the owner and he told me that he would send me the money at the end of the mont. I waited several days in to the next month and contacted him again, he told me that he had forgot and would send the money at the end of the week. And guess what, Several days in to the following week I had to remind him yet again, which i got no reply to. I didn't feel like a guest but a nuisance that is meant to generate revenue."
