There were brown marks on wall beside toilet and an orange stain on the carpet. Beds were extremely comfortable. Food in restaurant was great....couldnt fault it at all. Overall cleanliness was good, you have to request for a room clean for stays over one night but that's not really an issue. We only stayed two nights so didn't bother but they won't refill tea unless you request it! There was a carpet stain and the walls were a bit fingerprint smeared and there was a gready stain above the futon from someone's head which was a bit gross but we weren't using that. I can't comment on accessibility, but I did notice disabled parking spaces."
