We were very dissapointed that we had no access to the swimming pool, garden, and the restraunt was closed since they were hosting a wedding. A quick email from them would have been appreciated telling us about this since we booked months in advance - and no offered discount either. Very dissapointed child as the pool and outdoor space was the main reason we paid more and booked this hotel. There is no parking on site (except 90min max outside... enough to drop your bags) but there is free parking in the city despite what the management tells you - google it, 5 min walk up the hill. Be aware that the parking in front is not available Sunday due to the market, we had a not so fun walk up the hill with our bags!"

- "Sheets weren’t changed for the whole stay, and there were almost no options for breakfast except bread, coffee, and cereal. " - "An amazing stay in an old palace converted to a B&B. The restaurant on the main floor served a complimentary breakfast and we loved our host so much we decided to stay for lunch upon check in. The restaurant has a world class menu with meat, fish and vegetarian options. I highly recommend the restaurant even if you don’t stay at this property. Book ahead as the space is intimate and fills up fast. They have a -1 floor bar area that was cool and refreshing even during the hot mid day sun. The host/owner MaryAngeles was the sweetest. We stayed with our two children 3 and 1 and they treated us like family. We were able to park our stroller on the ground floor and although the stair way up to the top floor was not difficult and the charm of the space made it a pleasure to walk up some stairs. Their are beautiful statutes and art work decorating the space. Our children LOVED the lounge room on the ground floor that had some toys for the kids to play with. Our room was beautiful with a king bed with big windows to let in the fresh mountain air and a nice view of the town and mountains in the distance. Our room had a jacuzzi bath and shower as well as a bidet. We parked at the supermarket nearby for checkin but DON’T stay parked there. I found street parking. I would love to visit the restaurant again and I would definitely recommend staying at this property. Kid friendly and very romantic for couples.
