We came without adapters (forgot them!) and manager searched really hard to find us a solution - a mobile phone charger that fitted. Need to be able to speak a little Spanish, or better - Catalan! - if possible, but everyone worked hard to understand what we wanted and daytime desk manager speaks good English.
