Casa Panoramica is in the beautiful 'fairytale' Tuscan village of Pereta. French doors open out onto a large private sunny balcony with table and chairs for alfresco dining, sun loungers to relax in the Tuscan sun and stunning views of the peaceful wooded valley. 1 minute walk to restaurants, bar and pizzeria. Only 20 mins drive to lovely sandy beaches. 30 mins to Saturnia hot springs. Free WIFI in the house. There is no parking at the house due to the narrow cobbled streets but free parking is available just 2 minutes walk away in the car park or on the road approaching the village. Would suit a family with children, couples or a group seeking a relaxing retreat in a traditional Tuscan village close to many places of interest. An unforgettable experience and a true taste of Tuscany. Many people return to Pereta year after year... its a real hidden gem.

Our Suite Argentario, located on the first floor of the main building, is suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. This room has two separate spaces and a breathtaking view that includes both the coastline and the surrounding countryside. Independent access via external staircase. It is equipped with a vis a vis double bed, custom-made furnishings made by Tuscan artisans, a large private bathroom with a rain-effect walk-in shower, large windows with a panoramic view.
