Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms with a great shower. 5 restaurants all great. One oddity is that the Buffet restaurant is the most expensive of all of them for dinner which is crazy. It's not a cheap resortfor Mauritius but it's quality speaks for itself. Be aware there's nothing much close by but the resort has more than enough to keep you entertained."

- "We visited the resort with our 2 kids, came from Turkey and stayed there for 4 happy days. The resort has a vintage beauty. We arrived there early, after a long, exhausting flight, but, the hotel was full and they couldn't give us a room before 15:00. However, they were kind and sincere and tried their best to help us. We tried the main restaurant and the snacks restaurant by the pool. Breakfasts were accompanied by beautiful birds and dinners by mystical frog sounds. Food options were mostly spicy, a little different for our taste but we didn't struggle finding options, more importantly, for the kids. They were very helpful changing the listed menu item and preparing foods according to our taste. My husband once had allergic symptoms, but the staff was very helpful, and stayed alert to bring us to the hospital quickly in case of an emergency. I wouldn't say that they were extremely professional because, in a place full of coconut trees, they said they "may" provide it only after 3-4 days. The pool was perfect for kids, the sand was beautiful; while you are chilling, kids can play safe and free. The boutiques were also nice with honest sellers. We stayed in a villa, upper floor, the garden was dreamy (but saw a dead bird not taken for days). Our room was beautiful, moderately clean, bathrooms were tired, the main bed was comfy but the sofa bed was NOT. Bottled waters provided once and should be filled using fountains (kids loved it). Overall, it was a nice experience for us."

- "My family of 8 stayed in a 4-bedroom villa at the Heritage. We love the vast grounds and impeccable service offered by the staff. The villa was beautifully set up, comfortable and has an infinity pool overlooking the golf course. There was also a buggy available for us to drive around the estate. The kitchen was equipped with everything my mum needed to cook up a feast! The daily breakfast at the C Beach Club was satisfactory, with the usual eggs stations, bacons, hash and breadrolls. There's definitely room for improve the breakfast spread. One need not necessarily leave the compound with so many activities available on site. I did a Pilates class in the morning (taught in French, but the instructor and staff were happy to translate) and spent an afternoon at the Frederica Nature Reserve on the quad bike tour. Great property and will love to be back!"

And really good fun hotel activities incl boat trips" - "I'm surprised that Sunrise Attitude only has a 8.0 rating because it was one of the best all inclusive resorts I've visited in terms of variety of restaurants (in particular for its size) and activities. The staff were super friendly and accommodating - there was a confusion with a reservation and the staff quickly compensated/corrected. Unfortunately the winds were too high to take advantage of the snorkeling from boat but snorkeling right off the sandy beach was still nice. We did the cooking and clay modeling classes which we enjoyed and the massage at the Poz spa was divine (tip: book early because there aren't alot of time slots due to popularity and 20% discount for those on all inclusive). I really enjoyed the tapas dinner at the Social House and the traditional meal at Kot Nou. And the club sandwich at the Market was super tasty! There were no waits at the bar and our drink orders at the restaurants came quickly (a big grip for me at other buffet restaurants at other all inclusives, but perhaps also due to it being low season). The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. It was very clean throughout the resort, and it was nice to have a poolside more calm for reading and the other pool for activities like water polo/music. I also really appreciated the "green" initiatives like reusable glass bottles for water and net bags for picking up trash from the beach. I'm now looking to return to Zilwa Attitude with my daughter for another trip!"

- "The hotel looks really nice from the outside and the entrance and foyer convey a lovely ambiance. Checking in was a very relaxed affair. They made us feel very welcomed as we came in from the heat, by seating us on some comfortable chairs and serving a refreshing drink whilst completing all the formalities. Whilst waiting for the room to be readied, they gave a tour of the hotel and it was beautiful - very clean and fairly quiet and relaxed. The perfect getaway. Rooms are arranged in blocks and only have three floors or so. I didn't see any lifts, so that is a consideration for those with mobility issues and heavy luggage when checking out although you can ask for a porter. Rooms were enormous with huge comfortable beds, huge bathrooms and a lovely balcony. The food was plentiful and delicious, the beach was gorgeous and the staff were amazing. Having never stayed here before, I would not hesitate to book another stay."

- "Perfection at every level! I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time. The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room. The pool and gym were nice.
