For sure, the resort itself is exquisite and you feel such a sense of calm as soon as you drive through the gates, the food in all of the restaurants is outstanding and the rooms are all delightful. However, what sets this resort apart from any other we have visited, are the people ! The butler who was assigned to our room was Tej, who was so attentive and was a great ambassador for the resort. Every morning we would be collected by buggy to go to breakfast. Khunkhun and Navin especially, were so helpful. On arriving at breakfast you are greeted by the lovely smile of Reena and escorted to your table where we were served by the lovely Tarvin. The breakfast buffet is amazing and really needs to be seen to appreciate the quality of choice. Days were spent on the beach being looked after by the incredible Vicky, for whom nothing is too much trouble. The restaurants are all of exceptional quality. Indya was our favourite and Kevin, who served us had great knowledge of his menu. Adash in the Floating Market was also really helpful in helping us choose from an extensive menu. My husband used the gym daily and was really helped by Yogesen.Neha was a great help before and during our trip. The Senior Management Team are so approachable and friendly and were exceptional hosts"

- "We had a wonderful time with our two children at Heritage Le Telfair. Kids club and babysitting services were great. We managed to get an evening to ourselves at the adults only Indian restaurant where chef Harry Singh cooked up a delicious meal. Having Josh as our personal butler was fantastic, he ensured our every request was fulfilled without delay. Service in the restaurants and around the pool became a little slow as the resort became busier, so that could be an area for improvement."
