Staff were helpful and friendly except one receptionist who kept us waiting for a long time whilst he was on the phone with no apologies.The indoor pool was good except there were no lights in the toilets/shower room and no windows on both the times I used the pool. Excellent breakfast and special menu option for evening meal was a reasonable price, but this menu was not made available till late in the day, so one did not know whether to eat in or out, especially as the restaurant had to be booked."
