I had inquired for various services and the staff were so prompt with their responses. The moment we arrived, they immediately took care of us especially traveling with a toddler. They got my daughter a teddy bear when we checked in. They let us check in early and they prepared a really cute crib with baby toiletries and baby slippers! It was a really nice touch. We also dined at their restaurants for most of our stays including the Gastronomic Restaurant. Everything we ate there is delicious. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the the Gastronomic experience was amazing! We also had requested for an onsite babysitter so we can celebrate our anniversary. Thank you to Mariana. She was an absolute sweetheart with our daughter. I can go on and on how wonderful this place is. Yeatman is voted one of the best hotel in Portugal and it exceeded our expectations.
