He started telling us to leave the hotel. He was cancelling our rooms. I told him we have paid for the rooms I want 2 Non Smoking Rooms. We began a very heated verbal exchange. Then the craziest thing happened! He then came out from behind the counter and physically started grabbing me to take away the check in paper. I told him to take his hands off me or I would call the police. My daughter in law stepped in and he backed off. It was late I had enough so I reluctantly said just give us the keys. I told him we have been travelling Japan for 3 weeks and have never encountered such "
