The room was clean and had all the amenities you need. The only part that was less than perfect was the space for my luggage, but that was on me. I brought a large suitcase, which didn't fit on the stand. One suggestion to go over the top: offer 1-2 English-speaking channels on TV. Maybe NHK World. But it's not necessary. Location is right on Kokusai Dori, really convenient. Checking out was very easy too. The hotel is only nine floors, so it's not a resort experience, if that's what you are looking for. This hotel fit my needs just right: easy to get in/out, attentive/friendly staff, secure (after a certain hour you need your hotel key to enter) and clean. Good choice for a solo traveler."

- "Everything was amazing except the floor in the room. It was kept very clean but it’s the kind you put outside on your patio. It was very rough on your feet if you want to walk barefoot. FYI I stayed after the reno. The hotel was extremely family friendly and had tons of families with children. There was a game room, indoor playground, and arts and crafts room on the ground floor. The family SENSES dining area had a duplo Lego area to play. I can’t say much about the pools since I didn’t swim, but my 2 year old son (who loves pools) didn’t seem impressed and didn’t beg to go in. The beach was beautiful and the bridges were great.
