The room was clean and had all the amenities you need. The only part that was less than perfect was the space for my luggage, but that was on me. I brought a large suitcase, which didn't fit on the stand. One suggestion to go over the top: offer 1-2 English-speaking channels on TV. Maybe NHK World. But it's not necessary. Location is right on Kokusai Dori, really convenient. Checking out was very easy too. The hotel is only nine floors, so it's not a resort experience, if that's what you are looking for. This hotel fit my needs just right: easy to get in/out, attentive/friendly staff, secure (after a certain hour you need your hotel key to enter) and clean. Good choice for a solo traveler."
