Email confirming entry code for lobby and hotel room was easy to understand. Self service items in the lobby included garbage bags, toiletries, etc. The room has W/D, detergent, dishes, towels, single burner stove, microwave, hotpot, short refrigerator and freezer (enough but full-size would be nicer). I was fortunate to be given a room on top floor (8th floor). Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the water view and sunset was the highlight of my stay. There is a San A grocery store and shopping center with a Daiso within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Several bus stops are in the area and easy to use. I had a rental car and was able to enjoy going to many nearby historical sites. I will stay here again."
