Positives: the toilet is in its own room separate from the shower, the beds were comfortable, the location (once you get situated) is just down the street from Kokusai-dori, there is a coin laundry in the lobby that doesn't require you purchase detergent from a store (it's already in the machine), having a code instead of a key for both main hotel entry and room entry made it easier for my family of four (we didn't each need our own key). The hotel staff were also very quick in communicating with us (we wanted extra towels and we sent a message through orbitz and received new towels that afternoon). On the down side there isn't much room for storage (so pack light - and with the coin laundry that makes it easier), they don't clean or replace towels while you are staying in the room (which I'm okay with but not everyone does), on the last day of our stay the air conditioner started leaking... I would recommend for families on a budget who don't need a lot of fancy extras. "
