Built above blue line 5 subway station, the entrance of Xinpu MRT is built right next to the entrance our apartment, it's also the tallest residential Skyscraper in Taiwan! Has basic utilities, Wifi, tv, cable. Food court and supermarket downstairs. Small night market 1 minute walk, 24 hours security, pool, spa, gym, track, and a resting area, as well as a outdoor garden. Guest should expect a warm inviting host. You should expect a host that's eager to meet people of all different backgrounds. You can also count on having a host that is ready to respond to text and phone calls at most times. Communication and hospitality is definitely our strong points and it is my passion. You should also expect to find an immaculate place with microwave, toaster, tea kettle, dish washing liquid, garbage bags. The bathroom will be stocked with toilet tissue and sufficient towels. The beds will be made with quality clean linens at all times. Each guest is different. Most of our guest do not want to much interaction. After I greet my guest, I contact them via text to make sure they are ok. I do not want to be intrusive. If, however, my guest need me for anything feel free to ask.

A beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Damsui river area, fully furnished and very modernly decorated. 3 moderate size bedrooms are available, 2 bathrooms and a big livingroom space with dining and kitchen combined.

The unit is large and tastefully decorated with full amenities. The building complex is like a 5 star resort with an amazing gym, large pool, mineral water spa, reading room and even an in-complex movie screening room.

There really is no reason to ever leave the resort like buildings, but if you do (and if you don't have a car) there is a resort shuttle bus to take you to the nearby Metro Station (or you can walk 10 mins) which will quickly take you to Dansui (Tamsui), a seaside fishing village which is Taipei's weekend playground (1 metro stop) or to downtown Taipei (about 20 minutes) or the nearby sites and night markets.You can enjoy your stay thoroughly.

- "We loved just about everything about staying in Tina's place during our visit to Taiwan. The apartment was as advertised, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Tina was incredible to work with, and very responsive to all of our needs during our stay, even though she was out of the country while we were there (we stayed for two weeks). The apartment was well stocked with the necessities (soaps, towels, bathroom supplies, etc.), and the building amenities are very nice (though not always open, we made use of the fitness center and the pool a few times while there). - "Owner & family are very friendly and kind. The owner got out of his way to accommodate my arrival time, and pick me up from the near-by subway station。Since we did not have a key to the house, the owner always made available time from his business to lock the door and let me in. Therefore, having access to a workable cell phone is essential if staying in this property. Bedding are comfortable. The room has been equipped with a kettle, and a big window looking out to a natural field. My room is on 4th floor inside a 6th floor home. The room is spacial, clean and comfortable. However, I got multiple musquito bites and caught 8 musquitoes the first night. Although the owner kindly used mosquito repellant the next night, I was still bothered by two mosquitoes. Another drawback in this property is that the bathroom is shared by owners living on 6th and 7th floor at night, and there were water leaked from the sinks."
