Our room is in the independent suite in a building with elevator within the Ximen walking district, it is also only 2 min walking distance from Ximen Metro (MRT) Exit 6. The famous Ay-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle, H&M Asian biggest flagship store are just nearby. This district is full of boutique shops, delicious delicacy and options for entertainment with MRT in the proximity to take you check out the rest of the Taipei to offer. When a day of sightseeing is done, you can always hop on the metro and home, your room, is only minutes away.
A comfortable resting space makes a travel perfect.

We share our room for traveller in need. Please don’t compare us with hotels with room service and receptionist. We don’t change your tower and bed sheet every day during the duration of your stay. We try to provide sufficient toilet paper, cleaning products and garbage bag so you don’t have to worry about running out. Towel can be tried at the drying area. The garbage collecting ground at the front gate is where you can put your garbage. We try to minimize our chance of disturbing you so that you can enjoy your travel in a more relaxing manner. But we are here when you need, just contact us directly, we will get back to you with our help as soon as possible.

- "I enjoyed my stay at Terrence and Alfie's place. The apartment is less than a 3 minute walk away from MRT Ximen station and bus stops, and the neighbourhood itself is full of stores and eateries. You'll never be more than a few minutes away from a delicious meal if you stay here. The apartment (and the building in which it is located) is not exactly shining and new, but it is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The neighbourhood can get crowded and noisy, especially during the weekends, but that's part of the charm of this location. Terrence and Alfie are excellent hosts. They will be ready to help whenever you need it. If you are unfamiliar with the city and need help navigate it, they will be happy to give you a hand. The only thing that could be improved is the general cleanliness of the apartment. It is by no means dirty, but I did find some surfaces (such as table tops and shelves) quite dusty, and I had to wipe them down thoroughly before using them. I wish the bed linens were in better conditions as well. But these things are hardly the end of the world. Over all, I’d recommend this property to any traveller seeking a decent apartment that's close to the action."

- "First, there is so much light from each of the Windows- only one bathroom hasn't a window. This is important in Taiwan. We have stayed at places with apartment buildings a few yards away which blocks light and sky. This place has two balconies, one off the master bedroom. The kitchen has two delightful glass doors. One for the balcony with the washer and dryer and the other door closing itself off from the dining room but letting in available light. The place is very modern clean and comfortable. The building has a refined feel including the staff. The landlord has strategically chosen this spot accommodating two subways convening at Ximen MRT - blue and green. Shaved Ice, famous Blue Star chicken and tailor shops line the famous area. On weekends in front of the Red House just behind the building offer ever changing individualized artists rarely seen in Taipei. Bravo to the landlors!!!"

- "Awesome! Highly recommend!!! Friendly and helpful host! Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-designed room! Convenient location(3 mins to Ximen MRT Station)! It was first time for my family to stay at some stranger's place:)(not hotels) but my family was very satisfied and happy with the place like sweet home. During our stay, we enjoyed having take-out food from nearby famous restaurants (there are many good restaurants in Ximen). Freely we used the washing machine with laundry detergent, umbrellas, even raincoats and a new picnic mat for watching the New Year's Eve 2018 fireworks at the park. Amazingly, there is everything guests or tourists need. Plus, the host Calvin is very friendly, caring and helpful. When we arrived and left there, he carried our heavy suitcase(the place is upstairs, no elevator). When we checked in, he kindly gave detailed information about the place. Most of all, I was grateful to him for finding my lost purse I left at the place. He was willing to try to find it and even brought it to me after check-out. I really appreciate your help and kindness, Calvin! :)"
