Neighbors will complain about this and your stay will not be as expected.

The flat is only 3 min walk from Gongguan station, and few minute walks to NTU, NTUST, and NTNU. Tenant will have a private room and use a shared bathroom. Moreover, there is a cozy common area, a balcony and a full kitchen for all tenants to share. This is a nice place to meet people from different countries. Most tenants are exchange & mandarin learning students.
