The car park the hotel recommends is a multi storey on the edge of town but a member of staff travelled up with me following him and then he gave me a lift back - and even helped with buying the correct (and best value) parking ticket. The room was warm and had radiators that were easy to contraplano rather than those electric heaters found in many ski hotels that can dehydrate you so badly overnight. The breakfast was good and the half board option was a real bargain. The evening meals all have a home-cooked feel and are tasty but nothing fancy - so I would recommend getting out to other restaurants too (but as the half board option really is so very reasonable we didn’t mind missing the meal the one night we went elsewhere). The staff do stand out best being really goody. The bar man in the hotel bar was charming as was the maitre’d in the restaurant. We would be very likely to stay here again. The skiing is as great. We got lucky with the wether that was sunny and clear most of the week. All round, a very happy week."

- " " - "TOP" - "We got in really late at night and were lost and they were so nice staying on the phone till they figured out we were lost and came and got us (not a standard service but it shows how nice they were. The apartment was basic but functional. We were on the top floor and had a stunning view of the snow capped mountains. Had to make own bed and buy own shampoo and loo roll but liked the location at the top of the hill (if you take the bus from the airport like we did, you have to walk up the main street and take a right before sporting hotel and keep zig zagging up till you get there). About 150 meters away is the olympiades hotel - and access to the pistes. I blew out my knee on the first day and a word of caution - they got me to the 'medic' which was a bit of a joke. THey charged 350 Euro for a ten minute exam to tell me that i tore a ligament - which I pretty much already knew. Hope this doesnt happen to you but if so ask for an estimate first. The hotel and the ski rental place in the lobby were really nice - they refunded my skis for the remaining days which they didn't have to do. All in all I probably would opt for higher quality furnishings but it was fine if you, like we did, just needed a place to crash while out skiing all day. Elo at front desk gets special mention - she is a doll and so helpful."

Location wise it’s a very short (2-3 min) walk in ski boots and your on piste with boot room etc on the same floor as street level, so good to see. All in all great clean and friendly hotel! "

- "We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario"
