The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - "The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. - "The apartment overall was nice and clean enough, however the service we received from the group managing the hotel was appalling. They don't speak a word of English, the drive to pick up the keys is 25 minutes, When we reported that there was water leaking on the floor, the washing machine not even plumbed I , and the pillowcases FAR too small for the pillows provided, we received no response to our three emails , even though we emailed within their specified 48 hr time frame. When someone eventually did turn up to fix the washing machine (after hotels.com got involved ) we were given no notice, he turned up at 9in the morning, left and came back at 7pm at night. We still have not received our refund of our 150 deposit either. Extremely disappointed."

- "Overall the apartment was good. Decent size and enough amenities for a self catering appt. Close to the slopes which was a bonus however being so close ment being close to some bars and the main nightclub was situated next door so if you are wanting a good nights sleep be aware this is not likely to happen. Noise continued until the early hours. If you are young and looking for a ski filled, booze filled holiday then this is perfect. My only dissapointment was against the instructions given for checking in. I was told on my email confirmation to call the number provided 24 hrs before. I did this and was instructed to call a number once we arrived. When we arrived we headed to what we thought was Appartment Lake Placid going from the image on google maps but it wasn't it was lake placid 80. The receptionist was very unhelpful and just said sorry i'm closed this isn't lake placid 3000 but read the sign. We did which was not clear at all. Lake Placid is not one building with aparts but a company that have multiple appts all round Pas. I tried to call the number provided the day before and it just rang and rang. Only by asking a group of people (luckily) we found we had to go to an office to pick up the keys. Very bad instructions from the confirmation email so please be aware. At one point from lack of instruction we were unsure whether we had a bed for the night. However once we were finally in the place was good. We stayed in the Sky Appartment."

- "I was disappointed the property had two bedrooms, kitchen/ lounge it was advertised to sleep 6, but the facilities was very poor, The cooking utilities was very poor as not enough " - "I wasn't given an apartment key code when I picked up the key (in an office 500m uphill with limited hours). So I had to wait for neighbors to let me in or annoy them by ringing every apartment at the building. (I wouldn’t have to have done that if I was given a keycode initially). - "Confortable." - "No check, at the property. We rang both numbers for the property to check-in with no answer. Lucky enough we read another review saying where to check-in , 10 uphill away. Only gave 1 key for 5 guests. Very noisy at night. Lift area had vomit on the floor 3 days. No duvets, just dirty old rugs. "
