When things were not right, they fixed them. AC worked. Property is clean, if not worn, but they are updating rooms. Downside is that the neighborhood is fairly far from the center, is not a good place to be for foreign tourists who do not speak solid Spanish. In my case, the owners had a birthday party starting at 6 am with many beers, club music, and yelling. No way to sleep through that and not even an invite from the Tios!!! Just be safe in the neighborhood, and you should be fine, but if you are uncomfortable with that, stay closer to the town center. "
