For our wedding, we asked to have our room prepared and decorated for the wedding at the deskfront, they didnt do it. And this was very important for us. the last thing I can mention about the bad service, during the checkout they didn't have enough change (3 moroccan dirhams), so they just said to us, no change. Instead of looking for a change or giving us the piece of 5 moroccan dirhams if they don't have three. there is no arrogance in their service but just level of service skills and the sense of service is very low. otherwise the hotel was very nice"
