- "The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows were totally rusted; a few of the sliding windows couldn’t be opened. The kitchen cabinets in the main part were totally broken and falling apart; glasses were dirty and had to be cleaned up super good before use; The fridge luckily was super clean; The beds were very clean and comfortable; one air conditioner’s remote wasn’t working; The main bathroom had issues; TP holder broken, open plumbing access panels, no walk in shower, just a tub that was difficult to get into and out for, especially with wet feet; shower head holder was broken and made it super difficult to take a proper shower! Overall, this rental is in a great location, but has to be taken off market, fixed up real good, with a lot of updates before it’s put back on. The cleaners and the contact person were super helpful and very communicative! Thanks to Fazia and Mohamed for some awesome support and help!"

- "This house has 4 useable bedrooms: 3 on the second floor which share one bathroom; 1 ion the ground floor which has an en suite bathroom with no toilet (to use a toilet you have to go out through the dining room into the hall), and 1 other poor quality bedroom with an en suite bathroom which does not work and has no toilet on the basement level accessed from outside down a flight of stairs. The house and furnishing are in need of a thorough cleaning, paint touch up and minor repairs. Look carefully at the bathroom photos and you will see they actually are of only two bathrooms and the outside entry bedroom has been stripped of most of the furniture. That having been said the location is wonderful. A grocery stores, restaurants and ATMs are within easy walking and good quality."

- "We booked this villa for a stay for our family group of 8 for a restful few days. The house was huge and the pool lovely. The facilities in the house included the pool table, electric piano, tv’s and Netflix. The bedroom situation wasn’t ideal for our group which had 3 couples and 2 adult/teenage girls so privacy is important. We carefully checked the listing which noted “4 beautiful bedrooms” however there are only 3. The 4th ‘bedroom’ is a sofa bed in the lounge area. This meant our teenage daughters did not have full privacy. They were also disturbed late at night/early morning by the live-in housekeeper & her niece on occasion. The housekeeper also walked through the lounge area one night after everyone had gone to bed which was a little uncomfortable. The beach is a 10-15 min walk away and is nice. There are limited facilities at the near end of the beach. At the far end there are toilets and restaurants. The surrounding area was not nearly as nice as the house with the property opposite only half finished and with someone sleeping rough along with his dog which barked and howled at night. Several other properties nearby were being demolished and lots of demolition rubble around. There are a few local stores where essentials can be bought but you’d need to get a taxi to the supermarket for anything more. Nearby restaurants are limited. Need a taxi for more choice. Taxis from the main road were easy to find. Hakim was very communicative and helpful throughout."
