If not, we are able to store bags and arrange them to your room once ready as well providing you easy access for your return later that day.

For arrivals outside of Guest Service hours we do ask all guests make contact with our reception 24-48 hours prior so we can arrange a contactless checkin for you. We do require further identification and security details provided in doing so as you will be arriving after hours.

After hours arrivals are a very easy process and one we can facilitate very smoothly to see you arrive anytime after Guest Services have closed.

This room type we do recommend is slightly more economical for 1 guest, with limited space for excess luggage. This room type features a cozy Double pillowtop bed, air conditioning, television, tea and coffee brewing facilities, washbasin, complimentary Wifi, wardrobe and a small bar fridge.

A modern bathroom is allocated external to your room for use, and commonly shared between 1-3 guests. These are found just outside your doorway.
Bathrooms are individual, large, and appointed with botanical amenities, linen, rattan towel baskets and complimentary hand sanitizers. Our housekeeping department manages these well-kept facilities to ensure they are beautifully presented for all guests in house, at all times.

All linen, premium bedding, towels and toiletries are provided for guest comfort. Housekeeping is offered to ensure all of our valued guests get best the best of both a local experience and a quality accommodation experience.

Hairdryers, power adapters, on-site laundry, parking and transport concierge offerings are all available through our friendly guest services team.
