- "The hotel was nice, the roads was not clean from the snow. " - "I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests. Another issue was that they stopped bringing out fresh food by 7:40–8:00 PM, even though dinner is supposed to be served until 9:00 PM. One of the biggest disappointments for a 5-star hotel was the heating system. There’s no way to control the temperature in the room—it runs on a central system and was unbearably hot. When we asked about it, we were simply told to open the windows, which is not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the hotel doesn’t quite live up to a true 5-star standard in terms of service and amenities."

There is a tower with a restaurant at the top of it. Arrived at 22:00 and there was no reception, we got the key from the waitress of the restaurant. We wanted to eat and she said it was closed even in the door was written till 24:00. Big room with a view to the mountains in the third floor without lift, no air condition and we couldnt open the windows because there were plenty of mosquitos. We stayed two days and for our surprise they didnt change the towels or ordered the bed, only took the garbage. Breakfast was good. We left early morning at 8:00 and we left the key in the desk because there was no one and we missed breakfast because it only started at 8:30."
