We have found f at previous Malmaison hotels a warm and uplifting experience. The hotel was clean and tidy but we're confused after a pre check-in that at 2 hours after the original check in our room wasn't ready and it was changed. Some of the staff were friendlier than others but all in all provided a good service. After informing them of our anniversary we made our way to our room to receive a knock at the door, we were delighted to receive a card with 2 free drinks vouchers. After a meal out on the town we enjoyed to glasses of prosecco in the bar with a view of the marina. We had a comfortable night's stay with balcoit curtains and feather pillows and duvet. All in all the cleanliness of the hotel was good, however a quick check and thorough clean under the rim of the toilet wouldn't go amiss! We had an enjoyable anniversary celebration."

- "Good position only 10 minutes from beach and town centre, we had booked a room for 3 and were given basement room with 2 bedrooms en suite with a lovely little courtyard area which was great as we are smokers.room had a kettle, iron hairdryer and microwave with tea, coffee sachets provided, a toaster would of been good to have and mini fridge, the latter was offered to us,. The patio door handle needs fixing, otherwise its a lovely room and modern and clean, very happy and would recommend you book, we would definitely visit and stay again."
