Very clean, very safe, wonderful staffs. Family Mart across the street and surprisingly a large Aeon department store, Game Center, and many other places literally just around the hotel all within 2-5 minutes walk! Also sooooo many amazing restaurants and isakayas surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! One key point about this place that I ABSOLUTELY loved was the free breakfast service with so many varieties food served in a buffet-style. The staffs there were wonderful and kind! And I HAVE TO MENTION the rice!!! The Niigata rice was available freshly cooked in their rice cooker; and that was HEAVEN! One last cool feature worth mentioning is that the time of the laundry/dryer machines are displayed in real-time on the TV screen so you won't have to keep going down to the 1st floor to check your clothes. - "This is a Japanese business style hotel in Tsubamesanjo. It was very close to the train station, but also had a free parking lot. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were Western style but lower than normal and the mattresses were quite firm, as were the buckwheat-filled pillows. The buffet breakfast had some hot items (poached eggs, sausage, potato fritters, etc.) as well as rice and grilled fish. They make their own croissants, which were good.
