The owners were very nice and I think this place would be fine in summer, but my stay in winter was very cold. " - "The owner was nice, however, the room had ants. My friend had to get a vacuum to try to pick up the ants, but we knew only more would keep coming from the walls. So first, we shouldn't have to vacuum ourselves. So we decided to get a refund and find another hotel, but we were told no refund, so we got another room. When we woke up, more ants all along one side of the wall. Second, no trashcan in the rooms and no soap/towels in our first room that had a bathroom; that's gross. We also had to pay 100 yen per towel; this is at a hotel, unacceptable. The website should basically say, a room with no amenities, not even a trash can. Like I said, the owner was nice, but he needs to get an exterminator and cleanse the house of ants. I won't stay there again."
