Second, no trashcan in the rooms and no soap/towels in our first room that had a bathroom; that's gross. We also had to pay 100 yen per towel; this is at a hotel, unacceptable. The website should basically say, a room with no amenities, not even a trash can. Like I said, the owner was nice, but he needs to get an exterminator and cleanse the house of ants. I won't stay there again."
