This cosy house is perfectly suited for a couple, a family of 5 or a close group of 5 friends.

The house was originally built as a holiday home. It has been completely renovated, the open plan area on the second floor, gives access to the kitchen, dining, toilet & living area.

On the third floor, the 2 separate bedrooms, that are traditional Japanese style. each room is 6 tatami mats spaced. The main bedroom has a double bed with good quality linen and sitting area. The second bedroom has x2 single beds with good quality linen.

From the open plan lounge area, you can access the bathroom, downstairs on the first floor. There is washbasin area, small bathtub and shower a washing machine, towels and basic amenities such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap are provided.

It is located a 5-minute drive from the Myoko Kogen Interchange on the Joshinetsu Expressway and a 30-minute drive from JR Joetsu Myoko Station.
Myoko Kogen Station, supermarkets, and convenience stores are within walking distance, and each popular ski resort is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive.
