We saw the hotel from the train when we arrived into Nagano so it gave us our bearings to walk there from the station with the aid of Google maps. The room was comfortable and a good size. The bonus was the massage chair which my young son loved to use. This hotel has excellent facilities for travellers like the coin operated laundry facilities on the 2nd floor and the microwave oven for heating food. In the lobby, there’s a refreshment station and toiletries for guests to take. The staff are lovely and helpful and speak good English for those of us who don’t speak Japanese.
