After hours arrivals find their room keys left at the bowling alley across the road. We appreciated that versus the more typical situation we've run into where a locked gate blocks the entrance to the facility and you have to hope to wake up the night attendant to be allowed access. One night we spent 45 minutes trying to do that. Good base for Sarlat, Beynac Castle, canoeing on the Dordogne, visiting the caves. Just south but before Sarlat is a handy shopping center with cheap fuel and a full service and complete supermarket. "

And if you get the single bedroom, beware the distance between the toilet and the wall is so tight, you will have to sit sideways. Also the absolute hardest bed I’ve ever slept in.
