But it does not other than a ramen restaurant that is open for 3 hours in the evening. SO plan ahead. Unfortunately my stay here was less than restful as the front desk called me about 8 times between check in and check out. Staff was very nice but it was frustrating to be bothered so much and have to run in and out from the balcony just to answer the phone about things that were irrelevant. Also, the futons are very thin. BUT the view. Wow is the view worth all of it. In sum: bring food with you, don't plan on going into town or plan ahead on your transportation costs ($30+ each day to get back and forth), and enjoy the view."
